These parking spaces are located 25 metres from the main entrance. Hotel & Clubhouse There is level access into the main clubhouse through which all three floors of the hotel can be accessed via a lift. The hotel car park at the rear of the building is flat though there are 14 steps into the hotel. All areas of the hotel and clubhouse including the leisure club and conference suite are accessible to wheelchair users and disabled cloakroom facilities area also available on the top floor of the clubhouse in the function suite via a lift. A portable induction loop is available at reception for use also in the conference suite or elsewhere in the clubhouse. All rooms have TVs with a teletext facility for those who are hard of hearing. Leisure Suite The leisure suite poolside is accessible via a lift in the main clubhouse and beauty therapy rooms and gymnasium are wheelchair accessible. However, the changing rooms, sauna and steam room are unable to accommodate wheelchairs. Showers in the changing rooms have one small step into each cubicle. There is one small step into the communal showers at poolside, into the steam room and sauna and into the sun shower. Assistance would be required to access the Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool as access for both is up a small flight of steps and into the pool which is down a small flight of steps. Golf Courses The Championship Courses has buggy paths all the way round the course. Disabled users can access all the holes on the Championship Course from the paths. There is restricted access to some of the holes on the Dartmouth Course as the buggy path does not extend all the way round this course. Disabled golfers are welcome to bring their own buggies to use around the course. However, in the winter and in adverse weather conditions all buggies are restricted to use on the paths only. For Health and Safety reasons they are not allowed on to grassed areas. We constantly endeavour to improve accessibility to all our guests and any comments you have would be most welcome. Please pass on your comments to any of our staff or contact the Managing Director directly.
